During normal operation, the upper brake block and wedge-shaped brake block do not contact the belt, and the upper brake block rotates to both sides of the belt to avoid hindering coal transportation. When the belt moves, the downward force of the belt is used as the driving force to make the wedge-shaped brake block self-lock and brake the downward belt without external power. When moving, the belt is clamped between the upper brake block and the wedge-shaped brake block. The brake block and the belt are in surface contact, with a large braking area and little damage to the skin. According to the carrying capacity, adjust the upper brake block adjusting bolt to set the depth of the upper brake block extending into the belt. The integrated mounting bracket is much stronger than the separate bracket and is easy to install.
