Precautions during installation and use
Hydraulic actuator must be installed with sufficient space space and ambient temperature (high temperature environments require special ordering).
Users can configure the travel switch according to control needs.
Before installing the hydraulic push rod, place it flat on the ground. Inject hydraulic oil (brand and grade) and the oil level should be at the lower edge of the observation port. The oil level of the split push rod should be within the box.

Maintenance of electro-hydraulic push rod
To ensure the service life of the high-pressure oil pipe, the oil pipe must be fixed with rubber.
Hydraulic oil must be filtered or replaced regularly, once a year or at a customized period based on actual work.
If it is not used for a period of time, the insulation of the motor must be checked before it is put into use.
Easy to troubleshoot
It cannot operate when it is first installed. Check that the motor is not running or there is insufficient oil.
If it cannot operate after a period of use, remove the hydraulic control plug, clean the spool of the hydraulic control valve, and replace the hydraulic oil.
After being used for a long time, the push rod can be pushed and pulled without load, but cannot stand with load. Replace the seal for the upper hole of the piston in the cylinder. If the sealing surface leaks, replace the seal. If there is oil dripping from the extension of the oil plug rod, replace the shaft seal.
